Tray packs - Shrink film - Omori's DW-2500N Wrapper produces neat fin and end seals, eliminating drip. The machine will be shown complete with with hot air/water bath tunnel, creating superb pack presentation. Tray packs - Stretch film - Fastest Omori stretch wrapper ever, their STN-8500 High Speed Stretch Wrapper will wrap trays consistently at up to 120ppm and its ability is not restricted by pack size. The workhorse of the industry, the Omori stretch wrapper range has proved itself since 1976 with many thousands installed Worldwide. Omori HFFS Pillow Pack (model S-5000A- BX) - Hermetic Seal capability makes this the ideal machine for MAP applications but its reliable seal integrity is equally good just for an assurance of a leak-proof pack. The machine on display is set up for the "saddle pack" where a pre-programmed number of individual portion packs is perforated rather than cut, making an easy-to-use, tear-off, solution. Unused portions remain sealed and may simply be returned to the refrigerator or freezer. Of course, this is only a small part of B.W.
