The S-5680BX SuperWrapper has an inverted film feed ideal for wrapping pharmaceutical products and can wrap single PTP blisters at 200 packs per minute with reliable hermetic seals. The secret of the seal A one-piece body design ensures total rigidity and film control. Omori’s Inverted Film Feed, with the center seal system above the product, minimises unwanted heat transfer and if the machine stops for any reason, the sealer opens automatically and slides back creating an overlap on restart, assuring seal integrity. The ends of the pack re created by a unique long dwell box motion system, neat gussets and pressure monitored sealers with numerical display incorporated in the control system (Pat. Pending). Operation is simple from the color touch panel with self-diagnostics, data monitoring and parameter setting for 100 products. The few changes not handled by the automatic system are tool-free and repeatable through numerical reference indicators. Automatic film splicing is integrated into a cantilever design with clear covers throughout for simple product clearance.
